"The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and have a lot of space. Wifi is also very fast. However, our shower did not work properly. The only two temperatures available were extremely hot or very cold no matter how we set the temperature adjustment. This made taking showers very difficult and uncomfortable. They also have 4 signs in the room asking you to reuse your towels by hanging them up rather than leaving them on the floor but housekeeping replaced our towels daily regardless."

"This hotel was wonderful. We loved the Eastern vibe, the layout of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the room. The pool is nice. The onsite restaurant is excellent, with great food and prices! Breakfast was quite elaborate. The staff were ready to handle any request instantly. We just really loved this place. The famous Sunday night market is a short walk around the corner. It felt like we were in our own secure walled oasis. I can't recommend this place enough. I can't imagine...

"This was such a fabulous and chic hotel in the center of it all. From the decor and aesthetics, to the amenities such as the pool and breakfast options, to the local sites immediately surround the hotel, everything was perfect for us. Check in was such a smooth process and they provided us with multiple suggestions for things to do. The incredibly high ceilings of our room were amazing. The bathroom was a bit tight and had very little countertop space for our toiletries, but it worked just fine....

"The hotel is nice with a great location for NewYears Eve party and fireworks. The place is dated (pool, spa, fitness, bathroom, windows) but provided good service when requested. For the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included. I would stay here again, especially for New years Eve. The Sunday Night market is without 5 minutes. "

"We came to Chiang Mai for the week and had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were all very kind and greeted us each day. They are staffed 24/7 so any time we had a question they were able to assist. We purchased breakfast included which was a great idea- they have a variety of dishes to eat (the fried rice was amazing). The hotel and our room were very clean. This hotel was a great location. It was about a 15 minute walk to the night market and very close to the Sunday night market....
