This was one of our favorite properties we stayed at during our two week trip. Being able to walk right out from the hotel into the Sunday Walking Street was a dream, yet somehow still being protected from the busy sound of the night market. The staff was great, breakfast was tasty, pool was cold and clean, and our room even had a view of some temples. Such an amazing hotel to stay at!

The family suite had a very bad smell. Something wrong with the pipes.. ? We stayed only one short night. The whole 5th floor had a special scent, unfortunately. The room was otherwise absolutely beautiful.

The U Chiang Mai is one excellent hotel. Breakfast was amazing, great service and friendly staff. The rooms are nice, comfortable and cold and you have to opt for the swim-up to your room option. I could not be any happier with my stay!
