We absolutely loved our stay there! Such fantastically nice service. A lot more included in the room than they advertise up front, tons of snacks and drinks, etc. Rooms are beautifully kept classic designs, with extremely high ceilings. Staff is up there for the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Just extremely kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor, and never overbearing or "too present".

Highly recommend! Located within Old City, very walkable and convenient to all shops and sightseeing. Amazing and wonderful staff! Love the floating breakfast service by the pool, amazing breakfast! Thank you!

The location was great and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was convenient and delicious. Loved it!

Absolutely the most amazing customer service of my life. I have never in all my years been treated as good as I was at this hotel. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, gorgeous atmosphere. I felt like I had walked into a proper Thailand resort the way the hotel is decorated. The room I stayed in the first night wasn't good enough so they upgraded me free of charge. Absolutely will be staying here again next time I am in Chiang Mai.

Well the location is excellent it’s right opposite THAPAE gate and next to Sunday walking street. Lot of attractions and cafes are walking distance and room it self is huge . Cleanliness is top notch. Also it’s peaceful. Definitely recommended.

We stayed here with my 3 teenagers. The staff was so friendly and it was wonderful to have the pool on site. The location was convenient and there was even a night market right outside one evening.

One of the best hotel/resort experiences. An oasis in the center of old town. One of the most comfortable beds, linens, pillows we’ve experienced. An amazing staff an a sense of place that is true Thai. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back.

Overall very nice stay in the Thai Akara. I was assigned a second room when I did not like the feeling to spend time in my first room and received a nice spacious one with balcony. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the very kind staff. The location in unbeatable.

The hotel and room was the most amazingly “private” experience I have ever encountered. If you love a unique, non-commercial hotel, then choose 1905 Heritage Corner. I would love to have the suite in which I stayed in my house. Everything was perfect and well thought out.

This was one of our favorite properties we stayed at during our two week trip. Being able to walk right out from the hotel into the Sunday Walking Street was a dream, yet somehow still being protected from the busy sound of the night market. The staff was great, breakfast was tasty, pool was cold and clean, and our room even had a view of some temples. Such an amazing hotel to stay at!

Perfect location and staff is amazing

This hotel is awesome and is right in the center of everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and pretty. Decor is great. The complimentary breakfast is very good. It's a very easy walk (or Uber) to all of the notable night markets/bazaar, and many amazing restaurants. Lots of temples and photo ops nearby. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Extremely Amazon Hotel the staff was wonderful

Beautiful resort. It was quiet and peaceful, but a half a block from excellent food and shopping. Best place we stayed in Thailand.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, will book again on my next visit to Chiang Mai!!

The Rim Resort is at the edge, or the Rim of The Old City of Chiangmai. As soon as you come into the entranceway, you are impressed by its wonderful Thai architecture. It takes you back and away from all the glitz of modern day hotels. The staff is extremely welcoming, and you are seated at the reception desk and told everything you need to know. The rooms which are extremely comfortable, are decorated in heavy dark wood, and shaded from the harsh sun by the way they are built back from the...

Small hotel, tucked away in the western side of Chiang Mai. Excellent location with free bikes to explore the surrounding shops, temples, and spas. Gorgeous lobby, lots of charming details throughout the entire hotel. Staff is superb, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfast was great, lots of water and snacks in the room too, which was great! Our room had a small balcony too

Icon Park Hotel Chiang Mai was a pleasant experience. Quite possibly the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand for many reasons. Exceptional staff, easy check in process, great breakfast (food, fruits, coffee), and spacious hotel room with balcony and awesome city view. We visited during Loy Kathrong (Lantern Festival) and the service was great despite the busy holiday time. 10/10 service. And a special recognition for Katie at the front desk. She gave us the best recommendations for things to do...

This was our second stay at the DeLanna. Love the Koi swimming outside our rooms. Quiet property. Walking distance to great massage and food.
