"Hotel was convenient to Roger’s Place. The staff were amazing; however, The walk to the arena was dirty and panhandlers were prevalent. Hotel itself was okay; molding shower and tired HVAC system. Will probably not think of this as my first choice to stay going forward "

"It was fine. Nothing fancy. There were others who had free breakfast buffet tickets and we did not. I didn’t know how to get one. The buffet was $18 a person. Also parking was $30. Probably normal for downtown Edmonton. Still, was it worth it? I dunno. Also people experiencing homelessness are all over downtown. Also probably normal but makes me wary for my personal safety. The location of this hotel close to where we were going (and not having to deal with rush hour) was good. Otherwise...

"It was a pleasant stay the staff was fantastic, the worse thing was the price, it was expensive for 1 night. I have stayed in nicer places for cheaper even though it was a long weekend. room was clean, bathroom could have had more attention when being cleaned. "

"The check in was a nightmare because the computers were down. There. We’re 50 people trying to check in. The staff was incredible and dealt with it pleasantly and as well as they could have. They gave free cookies to people in line while they tried to get everything back up. It turned out to be a great experience even with the long wait. Great job staff"

"The property was amazing, our room and bed were very comfortable and very quiet, which was perfect for our early morning flight. The only thing i wish we were able to do was access to long term/ value parking with in the hotel grounds (basically park, collect ticket and access airport without having to drive/ leave the hotel patking area). "From the second I walked into that house there were issues: - entry key fob and code did not work - fire alarm was not working - air conditioner did not work, had to be moved late in evening to neighbouring townhouse - first attempt at entry into the house at 1030pm (3 gentleman) - security alarm not working in second place - large party at home, - second attempted entry into the house where a gentleman at 1230am was banging on the door and yelling “let me into the fking house” - loud music...
