"We stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite. Room was spacious and we loved the couch/lounger seating. Bed was comfortable, mini bar was well stock and reasonably prices. Expressor machine was nice to have the bathroom was very good."

"Our room was comfortable and quiet. We had a view of the Roman wall. The location is very convenient - across a main road from the Tower of London, next to an underground stop. There are many pubs and restaurants within a ten minute walk. "

"Our initial family room was too small to fit the pull out couch and suitcases. There were no lamps or decorative comforter/pillows on the bed. We found some crumbs and a stain on the bed. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager switched our room which is why we realized the room wasn’t even decorated properly. We were very disappointed with our initial experience."

Felt very safe as a single woman traveler. The one downside was the restaurant/bar...breakfast was good offerings, but opened at 7. No coffee available until then other than instant to be made in room. The bar closed early and staff made closing time known well before last call, which was not very...
