"Something rude at 9:30am I did wake up by housekeeping!!! Needed to go in to clean up?? Bathroom had a funny smell, like a cesspool!! I did miss staying my first night due my air flight cancelation, early next morning I got to the front desk, wad told no avaliable room!!!"

"Room was perfect for a solo traveler. I felt safe because there was a door man and being in busy area made me feel safe too. They did forget to give me a quilt, so I only had a sheet and blanket so I got a little cold. But that was ok because I was able to turn the heater on. Parking was a little hard, but it’s Chicago so it’s not surprising "

"Lovely staff, basic clean room, great location in the Loop. Halls are a little sad, no safe in room to store valuables when out and about. The vending machines don't seem to get restocked. We did appreciate the refillable/reusable water bottles and filling stations."

"Room was filthy with hairs in the shower and bathroom. Overall outdated with slow elevators. That said, location was excellent and in the middle of many great Chicago attractions. Front desk and maintenance (toilet didn’t work when I checked in) were cordial."

"Stayed at this location for 3 days and had a great time. I saw where some people complained about the size of the room but it was spacious to me ( 1 king size bed). The hotel was in walking distance from a lot of the places we wanted to go to. Only down side was that the room did not have a closet but still was extremely nice. On arrival there was a gift bag on the bed- never had that before. I would definitely visit again"
