"Property was good, but it was hard to find the hotel shuttle at the airport. I called the hotel from the airport and they hung up on me. Staffing at thisblocation was limited and rude. Our suite was awesome except for the cockroaches. "

"Negatives-Did not like the deposit policy, found hair on sheets,stains on curtains and dirty floors..my feet were black from the floors, walls are very thin you can hear everything Positives-ac was ice cold, balcony was nice, room had alot of windows to allow for natural light, hotel property was in great condition and staff was friendly and helpful, location is perfect walking distance to everything, virtual check in, mini bar on property was small but fun Overall- i would stay again the positives makeup for the few issues i had and i try to be understandable about cleaning since i owned a cleaning business.."
