"The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed. Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"

The taps did not turn properly, the sinks, shower and tub did not drain, the 4 poster bed was repaired by wrapping sheets around the posts (wth?) I think it is very important to note THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING! They did their best with fans, and then - with a very grateful heart - a portable air conditioning unit. The buffet was very good but had zero variation...

"This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room."

They served a good buffet breakfast with a range of food to suit all tastes (fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread/toast, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and also a full cooked breakfast).
