Easy check in, friendly staff. Great premier room, nice extra touches and comfy bed. Breakfast was good with lovely staff and the pancakes are worth a try! Only downside car park was full but managed to park across the road so not a great problem.

The staff were amazing. We were desperate for a hotel with parking facilities, as we’d been let down by the Holiday Inn Express. The lady on the desk, reassured us, and got us checked in straight away. It turned our day around. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good value and catered for us as vegans. We’ve stayed here in the past and after this visit, we’ll never stay anywhere else in Stevenage.
