Lovely, spacious room with a great view of the river. Unfortunately the room was ridiculously warm, even with air con on as low as it would go. Mould in the shower, and the carpet didnt seem to hsvr been vacuumed properly.

Overall, a great stay. The hotel isn’t pretty from the outside, but it makes up for it inside. I found the rooms to be more modern than other Mercure Hotels that I have stayed in. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from and fresh too. Great value for money and would definitely stay there again.

A nice budget hotel with good amenities. Great location right on the embankment. The staff were super nice and helpful. Ample parking to the rear (£5 per 24 hours). Great view of the river from the restaurant.

Good hotel

Good hotel. No issues during our stay. Hotel is a bit dated and tired from outside but lobby and rooms are quite nice. Car parks a little tricky to get into with narrow high entrance kerbs so watch your alloys! Nice area with good view of the river

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good but the air conditioning didn’t work the windows didn’t close and the tv was terrible with poor sound quality

Room modern. Food in hotel good though not as good as local restaurants. Biggest problem was inconsistant houskeeping eg no cleaming on 2 days and no replenishment of used items eg coffee on other days.
