Hi..it is a genuine spa-hotel...not a hotel with a spa. Healthy food (but also wine etc..) and it was delicious. Staff and amenities were solid and the rooms were 'fine' nothing over the top...but they do have Elemis lotions and creams in massive containers to use so even if you're not in the spa you feel like you are !!!

Lovely pool and gym , shame there wasn’t a separate bar instead of being incorporated with dining area , so if you was a later arrival , you wouldn’t be able to get a drink apart from water or coffee

Average stay, spa facilities run down.

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful around both the hotel, spa and restaurant. The spa is fairly run down, both of the steam rooms didn’t work. The changing rooms had a weird smell. The bedrooms were average, the taps in the bathrooms very unclean, covered in toothpaste.

Great service with loads to do.

There is so much to do you could easily spend a weekend without going out of the grounds. Pool is great jacuzzi and hydro pool helped after a hard day. Breakfast is good and poached eggs are superb. The only two things that were negative were the room was a little hot and we had a noisy weir outside however got used to the noise after time with windows open. There was a fire alarm at about 2.30am. Overall fabulous stay

Bedroom spacious, wouldn’t say the rooms are soundproof as could hear other rooms tv and doors slamming from my room. Bed comfortable. Didn’t have evening meal in restaurant, the breakfast was ok and healthy choices. Pay extra for certain things. Spa treatment was very good. Staff all very friendly and car parking no issues, plenty of spaces.

Lovely Spa facilities and food but the rooms are very old and tired. The hotel side is in desperate need of a refurb. Bath with a shower curtain 😳…. Old carpets and dated furniture. Not worth the money for a hotel stay.
