"We stayed in the Executive King Suite on the ground floor at the Maldron.
We had a comfortable and well presented room, but opening the curtains revealed that the alcove space immediately outside our rooms windows had been used to store a variety of miscellaneous equipment including; ladders, beer pumps, tarps and a barbecue. This was removed when we brought it to the staffs attention, for which we were grateful, similarly a leaky coffee machine was promptly replaced.

"Pool was great, as were all staff.
Considering the price, would have liked bathrobes in the room. Breakfast wasn't great - soggy bacon, hard waffles, pancakes from a machine. It's the Hilton! Would expect better at £20 a head.
Food in the evening took forever to arrive, for 1 adult and a child. Also cost £50 for 3 dishes including a kids meal and 1 drink.
Parking also expensive given we were guests. You get a discount but still nearly £30 a day."

"The stay was excellent. The hotel is directly opposite the seafront, comfortable and clean and with easy access to the town itself. The only improvement I could suggest would be for instructions to be provided for the tv and coffee maker."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly didn't come across any negative with the staff. You have a choice of food to choose from just outside the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the hot section you can place your own choice on menu, My husband and I really enjoyed it, we are used to much bigger in space but the room option was fully booked. But overall the stay was very satisfactory."
