Immaculately clean, spacious and had all the facilities and amenities you would expect. The toiletries were of a high standard too. Spare pillows, safe, hairdryer, complimentary water, iron and ironing board. Our room was very quiet iverlooking an inner roof Breakfast was buffet style, well stocked and friendly staff. We would not hesitate to return."

Staff were so incredibly helpful, the swimming pool was well worth the £5 charge, this lets you also use the steam and sauna rooms. The location was great, with a bus stop round the corner for easy 15/20 min ride to Newcastle city centre. We will definitely be back "
