"I honestly don’t understand how anyone rated it less than 5! We had such a wonderful experience—from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Shoutout to Mylann, who greeted us at reception, checked us in, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to our room! Our room, while simple in decor, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and well-furnished. Housekeeping was done daily to an excellent standard, and the linen was changed every day—which we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The facilities were fantastic! We loved the indoor heated pool, hammam, and sauna. Although children are only allowed between 9 and 11 a.m., when I couldn’t get through on the phone to book a spot, the staff were kind enough to let my son stay until 11:30. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym, basketball courts, and tennis courts as well. Breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. So, either other people’s reviews were harsh, or Le [hotel name] has really taken feedback on board—because we had nothing short of an exceptional experience and would happily return again and again!"

"Wonderful, multilingual staff. The front desk staff, especially Lucy, was so kind; she even ordered our pizza delivery for us. We really enjoyed the restaurant and bar staff; Ta’ar made a custom cocktail for us."

"Hotel Ligo had a fun, colorful design. The room and lobby were very clean. Blackout blinds covered the windows at night. The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel needed more staff. When we arrived at breakfast, half the tables were covered by other guests' dirty dishes. The plates had run out. One of the coffee machines had no mugs. On the second day, the eggs were cold (not room temperature -- actually cold!). There was a long line at checkout because the front desk had just one worker. I would stay here again, but not at full price. "
