Staff was extremely courteous - especially Michelle & Miriam! Hotel was very clean - however - the room was probably the SMALLEST room we've EVER had in 40 years of travel. Also, be advised that windows from our room faced an old apartment building across an alley and there was no air conditioning or wondow screens for a hot night.

Perfect location for a first time tourist, right across the street from a main metro station and the starting point of many tours. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing and staff was a delight in all interactions. A wonderful stay!

Very central location. Lots of dining options. Metro and buses right in front of the hotel. We faced the alley side so got none of the noise. The only complain I have is that the pillows are too soft. Otherwise everything is good.

Poor hotel, do not stay here! Check in time was 3pm and room wasn’t ready until 3:45pm. In the room, there was a mosquito that kept hovering on the ear entire night! Where do you get mosquitos in a room? Some party going on next door with loud music a very inconvenient place to stay. Staff is rude and demanded 11am checkout while they didn’t had check in on time! No options for $18 breakfast. No eggs or any options except bread some fruit and juice.
