"Hotel was clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful. The beds were a little uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work well and the room was hot but we were able to open the windows which was nice. Overall, the hotel was dated and guest rooms could use a renovation "

The room was advertised having an onsen, and really it was just a deep bath. For $800+ a night, we were expecting more. "Es uno de los mejores hoteles de hakone, la experiencia es 100% completa, desde la formidable amabilidad y respeto del personal, la comida es exquisita completamente al estilo japones pero fino, la habitacion es por demaa excelente, cuidan todo el detalle muy bien diseñada con espacios muy cordiales y sobretodo el onsen de la habitacion es realmente increible con vista a la montaña y el sonido de la cascada del rio son una experiencia exquisita"

"Absolutely stunning hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and extremely attentive. They represent the hotel very well. "I spent one day and one night at this gorgeous place for my trip in Hakone, the stuff were friendly and helpful, they explained every details to me patiently and guid me to my room upon arrival, the room was spacious with a private pool at balcony facing the mountain, it was a shame that I didn’t reserve my dinner but the breakfast was delicious as I was served with traditional Japanese food, it’s a wonderful stay and I am looking forward to coming back.
