"Very nice and elegant hotel in the Center of the old down and with all highlights of the city in walking distance. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The facilities are good. I minor negative was that asked 2x to have flowers on the room (for my wifes Birthday) and i got a confirmation it would be taken care off. Sadly it was not. When we did leave we asked for a wake up call, which we also confirmed 2x but we got no call. As said this is not really a big issue but i would think for a 4*...

"This is my second time spending holidays at this property. I enjoy the All-Inclusive, and the views to the sea are amazing. The property could benefit from some renovations. "Had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Definitely one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at thus far while traveling abroad. From the moment you walk in the receptionists take care of you in such a great manner. Not only are they nice they also go out of their way to help you with what ever your needs may be.
