Really great staff. Very helpful. Lovely room. Very big and had a full sized kitchen and washing machine. Great shower. Was somewhat noisy in the night when other guests were in the corridor so they could address the soundproofing. Great bed. Very comfortable. Great blackout blinds.

Staff was amazing, helpful and very professional. The room was very clean, maintainance was done every day, also all the facilities in the hotel were spotless. Breakfast was filled with options, mainly vegetarian, which was amazing. Location of the hotel is great, well connected with bus/metro and in a more quiet area. Overall, great experience, i will definitely book again.

Hotel positives are it has a spa and pool, spacious rooms. Bads: some lack of professionalism. -Employees could be heard cursing each other at breakfast. - alarm went off for no reason one night, highly disturbing. no explanations were given to guests. - upset stomach due to some breakfast items being unclean or gone bad.

Yes, everything was very good and the staff was very helpful They were always very helpful the massage steam room the sauna and the swimming pool was fantastic. It was great that that was on the complex. The room was very tidy and nice on the fourth floor overall very enjoyable and a very comfortable stay very friendly.

Great stay

The hotel and the room was very comfortable, clean and enough space with a relaxing sofa and working desk. Breakfast was very good, i had good amd fresh vegetables and fruits every morning. Staff were all very kind and helpful, Mr. Volkan is one of the friendly staff. Hope to come back to this hotel again next time when we came.

It is in a centrally located area where you are both close to the bridge if you need to go to the European side, but also close to everything on the Asia side. For the price, it was worth it.

The trip was good! The smell of cigarette smoke was in the hall way most of the time. By the end of the second week it appeared to be better. The accommodation were nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was great a lot of variety, but the same every day for two weeks. Shorter stays it would have been an excellent buffet. Yes w would stay there again

Good place to stay for business & entertainment

Nice mid sized hotel to stay in Altunizade. Rooms are well shaped and with all armenties. Ask for backside rooms with balkony. Indoor restsurant with sufficient variety, but all prices too expensive. Food is of good quality. Large breakfast. Full featured.

Nice hotel with good size rooms. Helpful staff. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the Capitol Shopping Mall which has everything that you may need. There are also local shops within 8-10 minutes walking distance and numerous eating places around the hotel, as well as a Metro station. The sea front with ferry terminals and Bosphorus is about a 25 minute walk.

The staff at this hotel are top-notch. Give them a raise. The hotel is a bit worn. The gym is passable, though the weight machine is a bit rickety and could use some repairs or replacing. Location is ok. Walking distance to where you need to go. What would make this hotel better is if the doors from neighbors rooms did not automatically heavy-slam shut and shake the walls of the room you are staying in. For this reason, I doubt I would return to this hotel unless absolutely necessary.
