"Room was clean and tidy and well located to explore Shinjuku. Our room was very hot and air con was not working but on speaking with staff they moved us to another room which was very comfortable."

"ロケーションが良いですね。朝早い便でも、国際線のチェックインカウンターまで、5分です。 ただ、部屋は少し狭く感じます。"

"Juste génial"

"The hotel was close to the station and the shops. It has laundry facilities. Also easy to take the limousine bus to and from the airport."

"This was a brand new hotel and was lovely. The scent was nice. We arrived just before Halloween and they were having a Halloween masquerade ball in/on there rooftop lounge. It was really nice and decorated beautifully. The hotel is in a great location. It's right in the Oimachi Tracks, so there's a lot to offer nearby. There was a spa a couple levels down and plenty of shopping and food around. The hotel had a restaurant as well."

"Right next the shinkansen and other train lines, excellent amenities, and kind staff."

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly"

"ロビーフロアのレストラン近くのソファーの後ろ側の棚にかなりゴミが厚く溜まっていた。 レストランの中のコーヒーの補充が全然出来ていなかった。"

"From start to finish to the buffet breakfast was all absolutely incredible. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff is wonderful the rooms are impeccable and the breakfast buffet was wonderful! And incredible way to begin our trip!"

"Decent stay overall with a prime location. It is a large property, so don’t expect a personal or particularly warm experience. Front desk service could also use improvement—after being locked out of my room, I had a very long wait just to get the door opened, and was informed a replacement key required a fee. While the policy and wait were understandable (though not ideal), the staff member (Jang) was noticeably cold and unwelcoming throughout."

"This hotel is conveniently located close to the Shinjuku train station. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They had convenient laundry rooms and a water station by the elevator. I would definitely stay there again!!"
