"Everything was great. The only area where we felt could be improved is new beds and upgraded pillows and bed linens. The mattresses, pillows and linens felt out of place for the hotel and a bit low of the bar set"

"Rooms were classically comfortable. Bathroom heated floor and smart toilet were a step up. The room had a kettle for hot water with tea bags and minfridge with milk & cream. There was no coffee machine but coffee urn outside room before 9am was fine for early starters. Coffee urn for room could be ordered by calling the desk. Access to second storey rooms and 3rd floor loft rooms were only accessible via stairs (no elevator). Lounge and dining room were upscale."

"The unit was a good size, nicely finished. It was nice to have almost a real kitchen, even though we didn't use it, lol. We did not like the pillows or bed."

"The room was very clean and bath room was also very clean."

"Beautiful location. We had a small issue with the remote for the blinds that was quickly remedied. The bed was so comfortable I was asleep in no time. Very quiet and relaxing!"
