"Elevators can be problematic in peak times"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Very vintage which was really nice. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, nor did the windows open. So after a shower, all of the moisture gets trapped in the room. Made the carpet have a damp feel to it. Lighting was also challenge. Other than that, everything else was great."

"Clean rooms / excellent staff / easy valet parking / close to all broadway shows!!"

"Not the nicest hotel but i guess it’s supposed to be like that. Staff lacks class and protocols .."

"I booked a 2 queen bed corner room, when I arrived I was told they were very sorry and it wasn't available. I was not offered a refund, instead I was given breakfast vouchers which was a muffin, fruit and water, far from making up the difference in room cost."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Paloma was so kind and helpful during our stay! She made our whole experience at the Moxy Hotel amazing! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"PLEASE. PLEASE AVOID!! I was suckered in by the nice lobby. Got to my room it was a nightmare. Thermostat in the room didnt work. set at 60 but still very hot, internet extemely slow so unable to work, furniture extremely cheap and dirty, floors caked with filth, weird odor. more like a cheap hostel than a comfortable hotel. do not recommend. I left after being in the room 10 minutes but because reservation can only be managed online so desk staff cant help with cancelling booking. Now...
