"Worcester Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf delivered an adequate but underwhelming stay. The room and bed were ok, comparable to a Premier Inn in décor and comfort, but the wider hotel felt tired and poorly maintained. Hall carpets were sagging and dirty, woodwork was damaged, and several areas looked neglected. Despite its four‑star rating, the experience was closer to three‑star.

"Very happy with our stay at this charming hotel. Great location on the riverfront in Worcester, near the cathedral. Bonus that hotel has its own parking spaces.
Room (Junior Suite) was very spacious and breakfast choices were really good, including vegan options.

"It’s a real pub, so smokers and drinkers in the courtyard as we were shown to our room. Spotless and allowed to enter it early as it was ready for us.

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."

"This hotel is absolutely 5 star the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are soo beautiful and comfortable such attention to detail. As a vegetarian I had the vegetarian breakfast it was soo tasty I had it two days in a row I can honestly say I have never had such a good breakfast at a hotel before. Again the same goes for the evening meals. I recommend this hotel 100%. Location is perfect for discovering Ludlow and surrounding villages."

Had our little dog with us and although a LOT of dog rules, she was allowed in most places. We only had continental breakfast which wss adequate. Full breakfast looked generous.
We ate one night at the restaurant which was good.
Sadly the view not idea with temporary kitchens that look lile they will be there a while."
"Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery!
The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden."

There was a beeping noisy in the corridor outside our apartment intermittently throughout the night which was annoying.
Well maintained, comfy and we’ll definitely be booking again when we come to visit friends. Wish we had more than 12hrs in it :-)
