"The staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough the breakfast is good value but the hash browns go soggy as in a tin to keep warm so the condensation sends them soggy and the whole place could do with closing for a couple of weeks for a thorough deep clean "

Bed seemed higher off the ground than usual but it wasn't much of an issue. Slept very comfortably! Location's good for anywhere in the city centre, especially once we discovered the easy access lift that goes straight into the arcade below. "

"Enjoyed the hotel, the room was very loud from traffic and drinking (I had ear plugs which solved the problem) also there is shutters rather than curtains, which means it gets light in the morning. Hotel was fantastic and will book again. Feedback - at breakfast, it would have been nice if lattes etc are included in the breakfast price. "
