"Quite poor. The most uncomfortable bed I slept in, had a loose cable on the outside bang on the window all night, plumbing was making really loud noises that kept waking me up. In terms of cleanliness, mould in the bathroom, could see someone else shaved there as there was lots of cut hair on the floor. Overall, if it wasn't for the staff being very polite, it would've been a 1 star"

However, the bed was noticeably dented/sagging in the middle, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. A new mattress or at least better support would make a big difference. Overall the property is fine, but the bed quality needs attention."
