"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "Wonderful one bedroom apartment, secure and delightful for my 8 day stay to volunteer in Birmingham. Central location to all the places I had to go to. Suzy was always responsive even to my request to add one more night. "
