Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "The rooms were clean & the staff were helpful. The only thing that caught me off guard was the timing of housekeeping since there was such a large window of time where they clean (9AM-4PM). Some days they came early & other days they came later in the afternoon. Also, regarding the breakfast, a better variety would be much appreciated. "
