"Had a great time"

"Everything was easily accessible. Some of the strip highlights were available on the Planet Hollywood property. Very nice shops and good restaurants were in the casino and along the Miracle Mile. The staff was great, accommodating, helpful, and friendly! We stayed for 5 days. However, our room was unattended for two days because the housekeeper had those days off. So the hotel made accommodations by sending us necessities for the room . We plan to book again for a longer stay."

"Room was very nice. There was a hole where the mini fridge was supposed to be. After a phone call, one was brought to us. I had called ahead and was told the room would have a coffee pot. After calling for that, was told that it would be $10 per day to get one. Other than those issues, the room was adequate. Self check in keyosk did not work so stood in a long line to check in."
