"We stayed in the Executive King Suite on the ground floor at the Maldron.
We had a comfortable and well presented room, but opening the curtains revealed that the alcove space immediately outside our rooms windows had been used to store a variety of miscellaneous equipment including; ladders, beer pumps, tarps and a barbecue. This was removed when we brought it to the staffs attention, for which we were grateful, similarly a leaky coffee machine was promptly replaced.

"We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! "We were very surprised how run down the room was - nothing like what the pictures showed online. Stained carpets, peeling walls, dead bugs in the lamps, old shampoo caps in the shower from the previous guests. The bedding seemed clean, but the beds were old and stained.
