"Overall if you’re looking for a “place to stay” it’s useful. For the price point and it being a 4-star hotel it didn’t live up to the hype. Amenities aren’t worth the cost that are tacked onto the room. Arcades and a “happy hour” from 5-6 that only serves beer and wine doesn’t scream 4-star accommodations. Plus if you’re driving an EV you have to pay $60 per night for parking to use it. But can easily park across the street for half the price and use the charging stations there. Pay close...

"Proximity to downtown is great, great restaurant and rooftop bar. Property is very busy ...and brings in guests and PDX..always seemed like I was interrupting the night staff."

"Rooms are very nice, the one bed room suite is spacious and very nicely decorated. The lobby area is beautiful! Nice lounging area by the fire place and several seating areas with one by a small library going upstairs, it’s really cool!!!!. I’d love to say that the best part was the restaurant in the hotel and the delicious French toast for on the breakfast menu! But the cherry on top was the staff! They were very nice and helpful the entire time!"

"We waited at our table for over 20 minutes before anyone came by to acknowledge us. Then it took forever to get water. Learned to not let the wait staff leave because they didn’t come back for another 15 minutes to take our order and that was after I got up and asked another server if we could place an order. The cheese dip was like soup and definitely no worth the order"

"Best time to get a room here is in the winter! The homeless don’t go far. Beware they scope you out and your vehicle. Watched them walk around my car and steal my half-smoked cigarette. Once that happened I got outta there. Plus the staff is awful. Checked out a day early and still had to check up on the reservation. Lackluster crew gave attitude and drool out the face. Watched homeless steal inside the lobby. Told them; they didn't seem to care. Got a room here in the Winter time… it was great...

"There was a lot of lobby noise with 40 plus 4th and 5th graders running around. Unusual that they would be allowed to make so much commotion in the lobby both the evening we arrived the n the next morning when we left. Also attended an event and wanted to inquire about heels I accidentally left at event. The attendant was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for the manager and he was great and was able to locate and return my heels."
