Great location and staff were very welcoming! Very cheap to upgrade to a higher floor for nice views. Didn’t use the restaurant and bar on the first floor due to previous plans but loved the convenience. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location is in the middle of downtown & walking distance to Pioneer Square & mall..Stayed for 2nights on a weekend and love restaurants/eateries are nearby beside Hop City & Market in the lobby. The Hop City breakfast buffet is good with comparable price outside. Public Areas are very neat & quiet. My room is quiet on the 8th flr and comfortable beds. I will definitely go back again. Hilton Honors member.

Simple quick stay, rooms need updating. The lobby was nice, three separate events happening so very lively. Parking was full so we had to loop around and park at another location. Breakfast buffet was decent although service felt a bit rushed. Location is great if you want to stay downtown.

The beds were just full size. We were traveling with a 6 year old and a 14 year old. We requested a roll out cot and they brought up a decent size fold up bed. We did have a corner room so it was able to accommodate it. The view was really nice from our room! They were really busy when we checked in as there were many people also there for the Portland marathon. The lady checking us in was very helpful and pleasant! The rooms were a little smaller but the hotel itself was nice!

The front desk staff was very personable and upbeat. The property and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. There was a lack of signage in the cafe marketplace about where to pick up pre-ordered items. The staff seemed a bit put off that I was not a mind reader as to where to find the pickup counter. The hotel does not offer any streaming or movie rental services.

Upon arrival our keys did not work. Engineering happened to be fixing the door on another room nearby and they were able to fix the lock by replacing the batteries. But it did take about 20 minutes of our time. Also, there was hair all over the shower wall from a previous stay which was very gross. Overall, our stay was nice, the hotel was conveniently located and staff was friendly.

It’s a nice hotel, however this is my second stay and the shower has had issues each time. The drain does not drain. The rooms are pretty clean, the lobby is very nice and how close it is to everything is nice.
