"Very nice hotel. Only issue is they have no space for baggage storage so if you want to stay afternoon to tour city you have to leave bags in lobby unsecured. Also, we arrived prior to 3:00 pm. Our Room was ready, however, property charged us $30 cfh for early check in. Not cool! "

"The property is in a suburb of Bern, accessible by train or bus. Suite was spacious but the space was not well used. Bedroom was small but there were beds and a hidden bed in the main room too. "We called the hotel to let the m know we would be checking in near midnight. Communication was excellent and although reception was closed by 11 pm, we had a smooth check-in with the night porter. We were also directed to a nearby restaurant/bar which was open until 2 pm. Coffee in the morning was fabulous. Rooms are very comfortable and ours was spacious. It was a quick one night stay in Thun, and we would stay here again."
