"The smaller rooms are like those in NYC but if you just need to sleep,it's fine. The bathroom is cramped with a very uncomfortable shower that requires some contortion to get into, not for older people or those with joint problems. Location was excellent, across the street from the beautiful Hyde Park with plenty of transportation available. The air conditioner was marginal we had to open the window, not easy...something to check out before going in hot months...we were there in June,still cool...

"As a tourist you would be forgiven for looking to stay over the river somewhere in a more traditional style hotel, but this one boasts a superb location, right by the river and allowing very easy access to all the well known tourist attractions in Westminster, plus the south bank and london eye. " Not sure if they’ve recently remodeled but I don’t understand the negative reviews. The room itself was just standard. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the bridge was spectacular. The paid breakfast was great. I had some issues with the shower and the restaurant was just meh. But I would happily stay there again. You can’t beat the location. "

"This hotel was in a most convenient area, close to Covent Garden and all means of transportation. The staff was friendly (although some told us wrong directions a couple of times) and the entire place very clean. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was quite spacious for the four of us—two adults and two teen kids. The staff were responsive and housekeeping tidied up well when we were out. Clean and outstanding location. We could walk to the Tower of London and the Tower Hill tube stop, and also many cafes and pubs. I would stay here again."
