"Staff at Soki were very welcoming and friendly. They assisted with our bags and the check-in procedure was really smooth. Staff were fluent in English and give you a comprehensive introduction of the property. The rooms were clean and the onsen in each room was really such a big plus for us. Everything was nice and clean. We drove so it was convenient, might be difficult to access if you are coming by public transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely rebook if I were to visit Atami again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable"

"I love the whole environment I can feel the ambitious staff The only weak point is check out time at 10 am and i can't enjoy the stay hear for more time Overall, I'd love to bring my family next time again when visit Hakone"
