"Booked two rooms. One room was not ready at the time of check-in and have to wait in lobby for about an hour. And after waiting, we asked and got assigned a room on a different floor from the other room."

"Location, location, location. Steps to Boston common and a few blocks from the esplanade. Walkable to Faniel Hall, The Greenway, North End, ETC. The room was small but reasonably priced. It was clean and had all the amenities you would expect. One major knock, I paid extra for a city view? See attached photo of said "city view". Next time I'll save the 30.00 and buy 2 martinis at their bar. I am lucky that I have free parking nearby, you will be on the hook for around 40.00 a day."

"Room wasn’t properly cleaned- crumbs and hair all over the mattress where it meets the wall with the window. Used toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived. Went downstairs before midnight to the canteenM and were treated with just bags of chips and a choice between one or two sandwiches. Not two types of sandwiches… literally just two sandwiches. iPad stopped working the television. Just one big headache. The design of the room and hotel was awesome and the air con worked great."

"The absolute largest variety of snacks and beverages I’ve ever seen in a hotel. They had so many different kinds of chocolates you’d think you were at a candy store. Lots of chips too. They were expensive ($9 for candy bar) so I didn’t buy any. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and the woman told me to “hurry up, I’m closing.” The $35 per person breakfast buffet ran out of bagels 1.5 hours before closing. The most delicious waffles I’ve ever eaten in my life though. Male servers at the buffet...
