"فندق رائع وموقع مناسب"

"I had prepaid for a 3 night stay, however my flight to Boston was canceled and I had to travel all night via 2 connections to make it there by mid-morning. Upon arriving I was informed that they had given away my room for the next two nights because I didn't inform them in time for the previous night no-show and there would be no refund. The hotel was also fully booked at that point, so I had to find another hotel. No real explanation from the staff there - just flatly told your room is gone...

"Hotel was in a great location. My only complaint is that there was no air-conditioning but thankfully it was cool enough to just open the window and get a fan to keep us cool at night."

"Big, no frills hotel, centrally located in DT Boston. Would have been better is they had a safe & small refrigerator. Rooms are small, but comfortable; beds were comfortable."
