"When we arrived the air conditioning was on in our room and it was so cold. It was cold outside so I have no idea why it had been left on. As you entered the hotel it was so warm then going into our room was very uncomfortable. Staff did come up and said it would take some time to warm up which it did so sadly the only time we really spent in the room it was freezing. Also it was incredibly difficult to get ready. "The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again. "

"Lovely room. I don't like coffee bags, they are so weak. Facilities good. Bathroom tiles need grouting bleached. View not bad, I did expect a better view for a deluxe room but it was perfectly ok. But overall, very good stay and I would definitely stay there again."
