"Appreciated the spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable and big bed in the deluxe king room. We had a pretty far walk to our room from the elevator so request something closer since it is a large hotel. Staff and employees were very nice and welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed the onsite bar and restaurant several times after days spent exploring London and shopping on Oxford Street outside."

"This property was just okay. The rooms are just basic. The location itself was in good proximity to Big Ben, Westminster Abby and the London Eye to be sure. However, the hotel views are of the train tracks right behind you and if you open your window for fresh air it can be quite noisy. For me, when I arrived my toilet seat was something I had to reattach myself. The shower does allow water to go out in to the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable.
