"Hot tub not working, the water was warm. The room furniture was in poor condition/damaged(I have pictures). My husband and I were very disappointed. We expected better considering the name Doubletree. The room had a very uncomfortable smell coming from the AC unit which became stronger when you turned it to a warm setting. Special notice to the young girl at the Che n in Alejandra who is so attentive and friendly! The waiters at the restaurant/bar are also great! Highly recommend this Marriott when you’re in Westchester! "

I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best.
