"Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast."

"A very pleasant and convenient place to stay for train travellers. There is no elevator for the upper floor, but that didn’t affect me. The weather in April isn’t quite nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the patio and view, but it would be excellent in the warmer months."

"The only thing that was wrong was the coffee machine in the room. There were only 4 pods and two of them didn’t work. The staff, accommodation and amenities were on the ball. The location is also lovely right on the banks of the Tay."

"Easy to find. Private parking down the driveway. Extremely well presented inside from a decoration and artwork perspective. The bedroom I had was very well put together from an esthetics perspective. Also, a nice, and well maintained garden to wander around. There is an honesty bar with a good choice of whiskeys and other drinks, plus another larger lounge to relax in. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of options. The owners will recommend local places to eat, and during breakfast...

"Cozy apartment located right at the heart of Dundee. Nice kitchen fully equipped with all cooking materials. There is also a washer and a rack to dry laundry. "

"Staff was great. They were rolling out a soft start after a kitchen remodel and handled it well. Setting is beautiful, rooms were clean but views out the window need refresh as we looked into an unmaintained garden area. Doors could be repainted in the public areas esp the bathroom. Drinks on the lawn watching the sunset was fantastic. Would recommend and stay again."

"Nice house with a welcoming host. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a bathroom and shower. The bed was nice and there was a fridge in the room which is always a nice addition. The location itself was very close walking distance to the city centre about 10 minutes and the host provided a map and restaurant suggestions. We had a great stay and will go back if ever in Perth again."
