"The toilet in my room smelled as if someone dripped on the floor, which was carpet. Both my husband and I smelled it. Everywhere else was clean and neat. The rest(staffs, guests, food…) were very good to great. Staffs were very polite and helpful. JR line from Tokyo Station was almost empty."

"I liked that there was a laundry room, a Disney store for last minute buys, a convenience store and shuttle buses to the Disney Resort station or Maihama station. And even if you missed the last shuttle bus back to the hotel, it was within walking distance from the closest Disney train station back to the hotel.
