"Location location location. Only 2nd time in Japan and I stayed here both times for 2 of my Tokyo stays. The hotel is in the heart of the bustling area of Shinjuku surrounded by food and entertainment. Also since it’s so tall it’s very easy to get back to after a night in golden gai. The 7/11 in the same building is extremely helpful, we got breakfast and late night snacks there every day. I 100% would recommend this for a first time visit to Tokyo. "The room was conveniently located in Terminal 3. The bed was too hard and the pillows were only soft on one side. This was my only complaint! The price could not be beat anywhere for a hotel in an airport! This would have cost close to $500 a night in the USA."

"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Very attentive to your every need, and always kind and smiling. Loved their professionalism and kindness!! Rooms were clean and they have several great restaurants inside the hotel and surrounding area within walking distance. There is a 24 hour mini market across the street if you need any thing, and a great little bakery right up the street (great egg salad breakfast sandwiches). Just a lovely stay!!"
