"The staff were really good. The room has 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious. It's adequately clean. Wish the beddings were better. There were few black ants, but I guess that goes with an older building. My one complaint is that the balconies were not really clean. The table and chairs were really dirty. Maybe housekeeping forgot to clean them but it seems like they were dirty for a while. Otherwise, it's really good and it's great for a group; 3 couples or 6 people. "

The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. "beautiful view but horrible rooms. all amenities are closed, gym is full of mold, also the room itself is full of mold. you can feel the springs in the bed, the air conditioning is hardly on. front desk told me to book through expedia because if you book through the hotel itself it's way more expensive even with a military discount. left there yesterday and got sick that night. thankfully the staff did give me a refund"

"The staff was wonderful. Very professional, very friendly and always helpful. The property itself was disappointing. The hotel is listed as a four star, nothing that I saw warranted such a rating. How much of that had to do with the recent typhoon gives me pause in judging too harshly. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable place to stay for a couple of days."
