I had the garden view and it was nice. I was told that the ocean view was better. The flora around the property was very nice and the view beachside was beautiful. Restaurants and shopping areas were not within walking distance. Pickleball courts only had one functional net. Rooms were outdated and the way the bathroom was setup was off. The soap to wash your hands were on the other side of the wall away from the sink. Mold on the bathroom wall. Trainee Minami at the front desk displayed excellent customer service and was very professional. In time I’m sure her communication skills, volume and pronunciation will improve. Overall my stay was okay. I had high expectations because of the Hilton name.

The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. I am from Guam and stayed at the Guam Hilton for the New Years holiday. I was very impressed with Guam's very friendly and welcoming island culture. Just about everyone was smiling and genuinely happy to see me. There only a few that didn't acknowledge me even though I said "Hello" but maybe they were having a very bad day. The housekeeping was especially courteous and I admired their professionalism. Room was very nice and clean.
