Situated right on the beach, this hotel is obviously on the older side, but still offers great value for money. Its outdoor pool actually looks and feels very new and fresh, and the sunset view is second to none. Great shopping and dining areas are well within walking distance.

Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Nice location - easy access to beach and restaurants. However, the hotel is very dated. The rooms looked like motel rooms from 90’s. Very damp. The AC unit in our room drips waters on the floor all the time. Would not recommend.

Affordable and great location

Stayed here during a port visit in Guam. Wonderful location. Pool overlooking the beach below. Good location on the high street and walkable to ABC stores, restaurants, and other spots of interest. Room was quiet and comfortable with a great view. The outside of the hotel looks a bit rough (storm damage), but the inside was impressive.

We were disappointed at the musty smell of the hallway when we first exited the elevator on the 4th floor. Unfortunately our room smelled the same, and it looked like the room had not been cleaned nor renovated. Water bubbles in the bathroom paint, warped bathroom door, non-functional safe, 2 inch gap between floor and hallway door. We requested another room, but were told they were full due to the holiday. We accepted the room and repairs were made to the door and the safe. After New Years Day, we found a huge roach in our bathroom. Luckily the hotel now had an available room. We realized how bad our initial room was when we entered our new room. Hallway smelled clean, room did, too. Freshly painted bathroom, functional safe, space under the bed was clean. If you choose to stay at this hotel, insist on an upper level, renovated floor.

9 days stay

This is an older hotel which was built back in the early 70’s but it just needs touch ups here and there. Staff was great and helpful throughout our stay. We even extended another 9 more days under the military rate directly with the hotel. View was amazing and the fact that I can go onto the balcony and sit on the patio furniture was completely worth it. We did not like the beds at all. Very uncomfortable and pillows are very worn down.

Hotel is really accessible with lots of shops and restaurants around the area. The beach view is really awesome. Overall it is dated. You can always see the cleaning staff hard at work. Floors and surroundings are clean. The hotel needs renovations though. The room cleaning service staff do not replenish toiletries. Bed is springy and pillows need to be fluffed. Other than some details, you get what you pay for.

It's so hard to open that there's a separate "video on how to open the balcony of the Leaf Hotel." I asked the front for help regarding it, but it didn't come even if it took 20 minutes. Found crumbs of cookies left by someone under the shelf, macadamia. The swimming pool and location are excellent
