"Our room wasn’t ready on check in as they had an issue with previous guest. Moved us to a different room for one night, as we walk in we realise there isn’t enough beds so wasn’t suitable. They moved us again and then said we would have to move the next day. Said I wasn’t keen to move 3 times so we stayed in the second room. Room was tidy but I feel needs some improvements. "I stayed two nights before and after a Taupo trip. The first night in a one bedroom room was nice but severely ripped wallpaper in the bedroom and a hole in the wall. The second night was in room 5, a one bedroom. Ripped wallpaper and marks on the wall, something stuck to the carpet, broken blind pull chain. But worst of all, in the bedroom there is a vent in the ceiling (perhaps to provide access to water pipes above?) You can see water stains in a line across the ceiling. But when someone went...

"Check in was quick and easy. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Nice clean bathroom and good powerful shower. Good comfortable beds. Parking directly outside and facility very handy to City and all other areas we were visiting. Had stayed at Palm City Motor Inn twice previously in a smaller 3 bed unit but felt the 4 bed unit we had this time was a cut above. Would definitely stay again when visiting Napier."
