"We stayed at this hotel one time before and had a wonderful stay. This time however, we were checked into a room that was not properly cleaned. Our room had animal feces on the floor in the corner. I did not notice this until after we began to settle into the room. I was traveling with my four small children including a crawling infant. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, the managers Tera and Chase– simply apologized and gave me a new room. While I felt their reaction...

"Very spacious room. Noisy from nearby construction. Housekeeping below par"

"really loved the digital clock mirror and the fully adjustable TV mount was really really nice. Love how you are in total control of the lightning, so easy to control the temperature, insanely well responsive and friendly staff, such an amazing stay"

"Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again."

"Love the hotel! Was there for my son’s bday and we all had a wonderful time! Will definitely be back"

And we couldn’t get the codes until we paid the money. Without the knowledge of needing the money I didn’t have a credit card prepared for the fee. She said she would refund my money but didn’t know how long the refund would take. She was very nasty the beginning. So 2 sixteen year old boys and I were...
