"We stayed at Rockies 2428 for the Balloon fest at Steamboat. It was hot (87 degrees) and there is no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans which helped a little! We had to sleep with the windows and doors open. The walls and ceiling are so thin we heard everything our neighbors did. The upstairs neighbors were so loud! Even though there is a noise ordinance in Steamboat from 10P-7:30A it as noisy from the pool from music and just talking loudly. They must have had a party Saturday night as...
