Concierge we dealt with wasn’t very helpful; when we asked about hiking trails and what he would recommend he said “stay inside and drink wine”. There is also no housekeeping during your stay (at least not for our 3 night stay) which is ok, but they don’t even provide fresh towels… you have to pay extra "
