"The villas were perfect. Ski in ski out. A nice lobby that offered Starbucks breakfast and coffees, also other foods. The toom was in great shape, the check in process was easy and they were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Location location location and great accommodations. Easy parking and nice hot tubs and pool. Loved the spa and gift shop. Great clothing and accessories "

"7th Heaven is aptly named! We've stayed at several places slope-side at Steamboat, but this place takes the blue ribbon. Exceptional. This is an extraordinarily well-designed, well-kept, two-story condo with a gracious host who went above and beyond to make sure the small creature comforts that make a place feel like home were present for our family. A beautiful view of the mountain, a cozy fireplace, a first-rate kitchen and breakfast bar, and great TV to catch March Madness! We also loved the fact our skis and the Wild Blue Gondola were mere yards from our lobby. Out teens enjoyed the pizza, pool and ping pong tables the property provided. Special thanks to Kelly M. for making our stay so memorable. "

"We booked this property for multiple nights, but unfortunately the host was misleading about the reservation. Instead of being able to stay in one room for our entire booking, we were told we had to check in and out every single day. This was never communicated beforehand, and it made the stay unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.When we arrived, the first room we were given had a strong smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non‑smoking. It was obvious someone had smoked in there recently, and the attempt to cover it up only made it worse.Overall, the lack of transparency and the condition of the first room really took away from what should have been a comfortable stay. I hope the property improves communication and room quality for future guests."

"I am writing to formally follow up on the issues we encountered during our recent stay at Sheraton Steamboat. While I had hoped to leave a positive review, the series of events that occurred left our family in a very difficult position.Upon checking in, we noticed the departure date was scheduled a day earlier than our confirmed booking. Although you mentioned technical difficulties with the VRBO messaging system and assured us the date was fixed, we returned from dinner on our final night to find we were locked out of our room. This was especially distressing as we are traveling with eight-year-old twins, one of whom required immediate access to medication for leukemia treatment.Because I received no response to my messages at that time, we were left with no choice but to pay for an additional night out of pocket just to regain access to the unit. Despite expressing these concerns to you previously, I have yet to receive a response or a credit.I am requesting a refund for the additional night we were forced to pay for due to the scheduling error and lockout. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter."

"Skiing was great snow was good up higher and the last day Friday we got snow so it was nice to play in some powder. The condo was pretty good. I was a little bothered that none of the TVs worked. I had to get someone to come in and reprogram it to get it to come on the TV in the bedroom was leaning against the back wall because it was broke off the stand pretty poor for a 5000 a week place."

"Great condo in a perfect location! The condo was very clean and centrally located. You have your own locked ski closet right outside the condo door to conveniently store your gear. You are steps away from the main gondola and best restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again! "
