"The rooms were too warm with no room control but otherwise fine."

"This is my second stay here. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the room is comfortable."

"Clean, and perfectly located."

"A great find. Clean, helpful friendly staff and a very comfortable bed."

"Great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a very good size. The bathroom was very big too. The location is amazing. Only 2-3 minutes walk from Bold Street which has so many nice restaurants. Also Liverpool Lime Street Station is only 10 minutes walk away."

"We had the most amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely lovely. The atmosphere was wonderful, the service was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left feeling so happy. It’s not often you come across somewhere that makes you feel so welcome and valued. We would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our experience so special! ❤️"

"My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family. I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. "Really nice apartment, the staff were really friendly."

"Great location, easy to walk to town centre, to visit shops, cafes and access public transport. View from room was great"

"Nice hotel, clean room, staff were helpful, and a good choice at breakfast"

We had a leaky pipe under the sink that would drop water on to the bathroom floor and make it slippery. The beds were comfortable and the Superior Room had heaps of space with 2...

"The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...
