"Had some initial frustration with the WiFi being out, but eventually got it resolved. It was an AT&T issue so the property managers had no control. Our unit was perfect for what we needed. The resort itself has a lot of amenities, many of which require driving. The fitness center at the main lobby doesn’t open until 8am which is inconvenient for someone who likes a morning workout, however the one by the grande hotel opens early. Be sure to get the wristbands as soon as you can so you can access...

"The main pool and lazy river were closed - also, we paid a daily rate to heat the pool and hot tub at our unit, but they never got up to temperature. We could only set the thermostat from 72-78. The water for showers and baths was never quite hot enough. Also, the welcome screen that was supposed to have information about our unit wasnt working, which made things harder
All that said, the unit was very clean - the beds were comfortable - the appliances were very nice - and having full sized...

"We enjoyed our stay. It was close to EVERYTHING! But we did not like that the wifi did not work. Nor was there any good cell service. We could not watch any of the tvs or use our devices. This was important when trying to get boarding passes and other emergency concerns. Other than connectivity issues everything was great."

"I had to call an after hours phone number to get my access code because they didn’t send the email over I was told to wait for. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). I get that email a week later with a completely different number than what I was given. The unit has old worn out...

"Firstly, the photographs are highly misleading. They depict the property as part of a resort-style community, which is not the case. In reality, it is a rundown residential suburb.
Upon my arrival, I retrieved my rental car and proceeded to the property. I was expecting to receive an email for virtual check-in, but it was never received. As I approached the community, the road was blocked by police due to a large brush fire that was rapidly spreading. The police were evacuating the area, and we...

"Everything about this stay was completely on point. Great family fun and so much to do with the countless amenities included with your stay. Would 1000% make sure I’ll stay there again. Thank you Frank, our host for providing everything we needed and much more. Definitely would recommend this to my friends and family. "
