"We found the staff to be polite and helpful however there were a few issues during the stay. When we arrived the room was cold and not preheated which isnt ideal in mid winter. No heat pump just a small heater that wasnt working so we had to ask reception to replace it. The electric blanket on bed didnt work and needed to be replaced as well. Bathroom extraction fan didnt work and shower built into a very high bath, difficult to get in and out of. Staff did best to help but i wouldnt stay...

"Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. When got back that afternoon I had to go to reception to get towels myself. Also, the shower had a ridiculous size screen that hardly kept the water in and...

"Great location, close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good with strong coffee. Highly recommend."

"The room was good. But it was way too hot, we had to turn the aircon on to sleep. This is in the middle of winter and it’s freezing outside. The room also had a lot of noise from pipes and their heating system. bed needs upgraded as it’s hard."
